What is your turnaround time for Projects?
As each project is different in scale and complexity, we cannot predict turnaround times without first taking a look at the project plans. Once the project has been evaluated we can give an estimate of when the project would be completed. With that being said most projects can be completed within a 1-3 day turnaround time with large scale projects possibly taking longer.
What is your Pricing for Services?
As each site is unique in nature when it comes to scale, complexity, and what files we receive. We cannot give an estimate for your project without first reviewing the data we have to work with. After data review has been completed we'll promptly send over a quote for your approval.

What all do you need to build a 3D Model or perform a Takeoff?
Takeoff's can be completed with only PDF mapping but we can bring the price down if we receive CAD files in addition to PDF's as this speeds up the process. Also keep in mind if the PDF's are not vectorized this will also raise the price for a takeoff. 3D Models we will need AutoCAD files as well as the full PDF Plan Set (Please do not send partial plans, we will filter out what we need and don't need). We will promptly inform you of any discrepancies or missing information so the proper parties can be contacted for clarification. This ensures there are no hold ups with the project.
What is included with 3D Model and Site Layout Files?
All projects if applicable come with the Final Grading surface model, elevated utilities and site features, alignments, data prepped linework, color adjustment and re-layered linework for ease of use and better visuals on your equipment. If you are in need of separate machine files with roads and curb lines expanded, curb linework for curbing machine, subgrade files, specialized pipe or alignment files, stakeout points, etc. Please put those items in your model request and we'll make sure to provide those for you. If you need items not listed here just put the requested items in your request and we'll make sure to include the data in your files.
What all is included for a Takeoff?
All Mass Earthwork calculations including topsoil stripping, topsoil replacement, bedrock (geologic report with bore logs must be provided), site improvement areas, and site improvement quantities. All Takeoff's come in a simplified, easy to read format including a Cut Fill Map and Rock Excavation Map if applicable. We can split out any Areas of Interest that you need and also provide reports by Phase. If you need a calculation not listed here just put the requested calculations your takeoff request and we'll make sure to include them in the report.
